From the moment he started at 吃瓜tv, Izzi Gomez 鈥�24 has been an active part of campus life, from joining the business school鈥檚 professional fraternity Delta Sigma Pi to serving in leadership roles with the Community Involvement Program Student Association.

The experiences motivated him to do more in his final year at Pacific. He is serving as president of ASuop, Pacific鈥檚 student government, after being elected in the spring.

Gomez, a graduate student in the Eberhardt School of Business, is an advocate for his fellow students in the role.

鈥淭he biggest thing I want students to understand is the opportunities available through ASuop. We're always happy to listen and see how we can help,鈥� Gomez said. 鈥淲e鈥檙e here to push for what they want to see done.鈥�

Gomez and vice president Cynia Manning 鈥�24 are focused on two key areas: helping students get connected with resources and expanding their diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
