Faculty at 吃瓜tv are finding innovative ways to integrate sustainability practices and environmental impacts into their course curriculum through the newly launched Sustainability Faculty Fellows program. The initiative aims to help students understand how sustainability principles and practices connect to their chosen fields.

Faculty from a wide range of disciplines鈥攊ncluding bioengineering, nutrition and others鈥攑articipated in a 2.5-day workshop to share ideas and explore strategies for preparing students to navigate environmentally-related challenges鈥攕uch as environmental law, sustainable energy sources and materials, or water use鈥攊n their careers.

Sustainability is one of the core priorities President Christopher Callahan identified in 2020, with the goal of making Pacific one of the most sustainable campuses in the country
